Pet Policy
Your furry friends are more than welcome in our pet-friendly community. A one-time fee of $500 per pet applies, with a maximum of two pets per home. The monthly per-pet rent is $25. Large dogs are welcome with no weight limit, but certain aggressive breeds are prohibited, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
